  • Replacements

    We have a 30-day notification policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know if your book or items arrived damage for refund or replacement. To start this process, you can contact us at store@evelyndelgado.com.

    We are not responsible for any stolen packages. If your package is missing or stollen after delivery we can not issue a refund. If the package is lost before delivery we will issue a full refund or send out a new book or item.

    Refunds

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@evelyndelgado.com.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Digital items such as eBooks and audiobooks cannot be refunded or returned, though if a duplicate was purchased in error, please contact us as at store@evelyndelgado.com.

  • PRE-ORDERS

    All pre-orders will be shipped via USPS Media Mail on the publication date. Usually a 6-10 day shipping window per USPS website.

  • Right now pre-orders are US based only, but we are hoping to update that soon. Please email any questions to store@evelyndelgado.com.

  • Audiobooks are not available yet, but I will update the website as soon as they are available for order.
